我們的古巴朋友告訴我們，要吸引妹子，要麼有錢，要麼會跳舞。

已經凌晨一點了，他們還堅持給我們煮杯牛奶再睡。

上午送走了貝卡，下午去朋友兒時的小鎮，雨後還看到了彩虹。等車等了很久，想買的票也沒有…這個國家的節奏讓我非常受不了。
做了一頓中餐給他們，貌似他們還蠻喜歡的。而且，古巴的食材真是原汁原味，和我在奶奶家吃到的一樣。和美國的相差太遠…
晚上他帶我去見他們的朋友，都是高中數學老師，屬於中產階級。聊了很多，他們特別擔心經濟改革之後人們的變化。因為在中國經歷了這些，我對此並不意外，特別是這幾日旅行所遇到的商人…
他們心裡也不平衡，他們都是正正經經地教書，很努力地工作，卻沒有什麼錢。而那些商人呢？欺騙游客，賺得更多，卻是違背良心。他們期待改革，但是也很擔心人性。
我真切地感受到，人在極度貧窮之後，只要有機會翻身的時候，便會變得極度貪婪。
晚上我們走回去，遠遠地看到一個警察。朋友叫我不要出聲，等我們走過，朋友說那個警察可能在等待“額外收入”的機會。為什麼叫我不要出聲，因為我們一直在講英文，這就說明我不是本國人。而在古巴，招待外國人是非法的，哪怕你們是朋友。朋友說，他們才搬到那個小區一個月，周圍的人都不怎麼認識，所以還不是很擔心。
這就是為什麼沙發客在古巴不流行，而做生意則必須要向政府註冊，繳費，然後才能招待別人。政府控制的程度，超乎想象。後來我們回頭看，那警察好像攔下了一輛貨車，他們會查文件，一旦有不合理的地方，那麼他們就可以趁機敲詐了。警察每個月也只有40美金，所以想辦法腐敗。
車特別貴，貴到無法理喻的地步。90年代開了一萬多里程的車，起價4萬美金，那些車都在其他國家都是要被淘汰的了。都是燒柴油，一溜黑煙，轟隆隆巨響。

另外在這些人家裡感受到了強大的中國製造！車：吉利，比亞迪。冰箱：海爾。微波爐：美的。電視機：熊貓…

The fifth day, we had a good breakfast and Becca left for the airport. I was sad because she was my translator all the way. We are good match to travel together.

I visited a friend’s childhood town in the afternoon, that’s a small town. But there were people dancing and hanging out into the middle of the night as well, maybe it was Friday night.
We talked a lot with other friends about how the country has changed. His friends are high school math teachers. They worried about a lot. So I asked what do they specifically worried. They said people are changing because of money. I said I totally agree. First, I am from China. We had similar changes. Second, the people we met, some of them already proved their worries. They always tried to earn extra money from tourists even some times by cheating.
There is no couchsurfing in Cuba because the government does not allow people to host foreigners, you have to stay in casa, because the owner of casas paid to government for approval.

But also, it is my first time to see so many Chinese brands abroad more than just “made in China” like clothes. Their cars, refrigerators, washing machines and TVs are all Chinese brands.
