Acroyoga是acrobatics(雜技)和yoga(瑜伽)的結合。雜技瑜伽糅合雙人瑜伽、雜技和泰式按摩的精髓,讓支撐者和飛天者(哈哈)享受一場充滿趣味的互動瑜伽練習。雜技瑜伽可以是講究核心肌肉強度、柔軟度 和平 衡的動態練習,也可以是促進深層放鬆的療愈練習。但是初學者千萬不要自己在家練習,一定要有老師的幫助。

阿斯湯嘎瑜伽也被稱作“力量瑜伽”,能均衡鍛煉了身體的力量、柔韌度和耐力。但是這種瑜伽對練習者體能素質要求很高,每個級別里的體位姿勢固定不變,因此要求練習者身體健康,並且及有耐心。
