在 仙本那 ，看到的永遠比拍下的更美。第一天，在去邦邦島的途中，快艇在海洋里奮進，群鳥忽然出現在我們快艇不遠處，鳥群忽然以全速從高空俯衝向海面，就在即將觸碰到海面時，它們靈巧一轉，變為平行滑翔在海面上，滑行著直至消失在我的視野里。這樣的場景，超越了一切照片。
In Semporna, it's always more beautiful to see than to photograph. On the first day, on the way to POM POM Island, the speedboat was advancing in the sea. The birds suddenly appeared near our speedboat. The birds suddenly dived into the sea at full speed. 酒店的餐食很豐富，每天都能吃到海鮮，也有大馬來特別的食物，用特別的顏色渲染一下，現在看起來這些照片，很有味道。除了西式早餐，還有馬來當地的早餐可供選擇，多為椰香糕點。

巴瑤族是 東南亞 的一個民族，生活在 菲律賓 、 馬來西亞 和 印度尼西亞 之間海域。多數人潛海捕魚為生，常被稱為“海上吉普賽人”，被認為是最後一支海洋游牧民族。巴瑤人數百年來，世世代代生活 東南亞 海域，甚少踏足土地。為了生存，很多巴瑤族的青年選擇在附近島嶼工作，他們的工作更多的是服務於入島的客人，保證他們在浮潛、出海時的安全。偶爾他們也會帶著你去尋找海龜、珊瑚。

聽說這裡每逢五月到九月之間，會有海龜趁著夜晚的寧靜時分爬上沙灘，回到與它們出生地相近的地方產卵。未免海龜蛋遭受不必要的人為損害，屆時酒店里會有專人負責收集部分海龜蛋，悉心養育，等小海龜破殼之後護送回大海。
