加東是 新加坡 的豪宅區之一,整個 東海 岸充滿地道 東南亞 風情,在這樣的環境下孕育出米其林美食也是水到渠成。
走近餐廳,馬上感受到一股濃濃的南洋風味,餐廳牆上也貼滿了很多明星來此品嘗美食後留下的美照,更增添了網紅的氣氛。
點了招牌的大份經典叻沙+羅漢果龍眼茶。上餐速度很快,下單後不久美食已近在眼前,問哪裡有筷子,答曰用湯匙吃,沒有準備筷子。說得對啊,已經將米粉和魚豆腐、油豆腐、豆芽菜等配料都切成了小段,直接用湯匙將美味送入嘴裡,由於鮮香的配料被濃郁的湯汁充分浸潤,因此一口下肚,滿滿的幸福感涌上心頭,鮮、香、辣融合的非常好,口感層次超級豐富。
一番重口味之後,喝上一大口羅漢果龍眼茶,甘甜爽口,是非常好的搭檔。

而在加 東海 岸,根據資深驢友的介紹,找到了一家更為地道的星州早餐店。在餐廳里,本地居民魚貫而入,很少見到來自祖國的觀光客,看來這家店的味道深受當地人的喜愛,口味也更為正宗一些。
點了經典早餐套餐,即“咖椰牛油烤麵包+半熟蛋+奶茶”。咖椰牛油烤麵包是 新加坡 人非常喜愛的早餐品種,咖椰醬是由椰子、雞蛋、糖和班蘭葉所製成,連同炭烤的土司或麵包一起吃,香甜酥脆。
半熟蛋有點類似於 日本 的溫泉蛋,只是與蘸鹽的日式吃法不同,在 新加坡 是加入醬油和胡椒粉後一口吞下的。再配上醇厚香濃的奶茶,可謂是錦上添花。
吃完烤麵包和半熟蛋以後,還感覺有點意猶未盡,所以又買了奶油塔和杯子蛋糕。
奶油塔與蛋撻有些相似,但是底與普通的蛋撻不同,是與餅干類似的口感,很香脆。杯子蛋糕是巧克力口味的,非常鬆軟,搭配上奶茶一起享用,剛剛好,恰到好處。
