馬耳他留/游學申根簽證申請心得

終於拿到了 馬耳他 的 申根 簽，開心得在昨天喝多了，早上起來就重感冒了。但這都阻擋不了我超級開心的心情。
從9月底開始找語言學校，到次年1月8日拿到簽證，感覺是個超級漫長的過程，但並不是說簽證難拿到，只是我希望時間充裕的一步步拿到簽證。全程沒有聯繫過任何一家中介，所以如果要我推薦中介的話我真的沒法推薦，但是我覺得只要按照簽證中心的要求遞交資料，拿到 馬耳他 的 申根 簽不是一件很難的事，現在先列一下時間節點：
1、9月底開始在谷歌上找 馬耳他 的語言學校，感覺很多，最後選了幾家，通過Facebook聯繫了學校，本來都不抱希望的，沒想到挑到的一家學校有 中國 的學校代表，對於我這種本來英語爛到爆的人簡直是超級大福利啊，就是因為找到了這個學校代表讓我做什麼都變得簡單了。
2、11月中左右交了四分之一學費作為定金，計劃3月23到 馬耳他 ， 馬耳他 簽證中心要求最多提前3個月辦簽證，所以我用了一個半月時間慢吞吞的準備簽證資料。
3、12月7日學校代表幫我把錄取通知書從學校寄出，走的是慢的物流，12月19日在 廣州 收到了錄取通知書。在此期間我準備了2張銀行卡的銀行流水、定期存款證明、購買了保險。具體的資料拿著 馬耳他 簽證中心的清單一個個準備。
4、12月20日準備無犯罪記錄證明。
5、12月24日第一次將資料提交給 馬耳他 簽證中心，遇到了2個問題，第一個，簽證最早提前三個月準備，我挑的時間剛剛好三個月，簽證中心怕系統錄入了之後出現問題，叫我過幾天再去遞交；第二個，要看清楚清單，要的不是無犯罪記錄證明，要的是無犯罪記錄公證！這就要求我們去公證處辦，我在 廣州 公證處辦的時候，公證處表示必須要到戶籍所在地辦理，這個公證需要3-5個工作日。
6、12月28日中午，再次到簽證中心遞交資料，因為一些小問題需要補充資料，弄到下午3點簽證中心關門才 成功 錄到指紋。
7、1月4日 中國 的學校代表告訴我他收到領事館來信，詢問我的學費是否已經全額繳納，這裡要說一下，除非就讀 馬耳他 大學，否則簽證中心都會要求申請人必須全額繳納學費才可以申請簽證。作為一個小小上班族，因為實在沒辦法在沒發年終獎前繳齊學費，所以只繳了四分之一的定金，這也是我唯一一個沒有提交的資料：已繳納全額學費的發票。所以如果經濟能力允許，還是先繳了學費，避免因為這個把簽證卡住。
7、1月7日中午，日常在查我的簽證到了哪個步驟的時候，查到我的護照已經寄出，一時不知道該開心還是擔心，因為簽證是從 廣州 寄到 北京 的，再從 北京 寄回 廣州 的。我的簽證資料12月28日下午快下班才提交完畢，那麼12月30日才到達 北京 領事館，這期間放元旦假，意味著領事館只用了3天時間就給我批下了 馬耳他 的 申根 簽。但根據我在網上看到的經驗以及遞交資料的時候前臺跟我說的時間，我需要等待10-15個工作日才能拿到簽證。所以很擔心會不會是被拒簽了。
8、1月8日！普天同慶！哈哈哈哈哈哈，拿到了我的護照，翻開看到了一個大大的VISA。開心的吃了幾頓肉，喝了幾瓶酒，導致今天重感冒。
雖然遇到了好幾次覺得好煩想要放棄，但是當你自己一個人找了學校，一步一個腳印準備一個個資料，還是很有成就感的。

CHECKLIST FOR A VISA APPLICATION TO STUDY IN MALTA
赴 馬耳他 留學的 申根 簽證申請清單

1\. One (1) completed and signed visa application form duly filled in legibly in English. 用英語填，不會的可以空著，簽證中心的人會跟你說怎麼填的。
用英文清晰填寫的一份完整的並已經簽字的簽證申請表原件
2\. Passport, valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure from China, and 3 months after the intended expiry of the visa.

The passport should contain at least 2 blank pages.
護照有效期要求：
從 中國 離境日期後至少 6 個月內仍有效；簽證申請截止日 3
個月後仍有效。
要求至少仍保留 2 頁空白頁
3\. Original and one (1) photocopy of passport (empty pages need not be photocopied). 護照首頁要複印多一張，回執需要用到
護照原件及一份複印件（複印所有簽證頁但空白頁不需要復 印）
4\. Two (2) passport-size photographs bearing a true likeness to the applicant. The photographs should be taken against a white background. 如果你的證件照化了妝那你最好化著妝去辦，不然別人會說提交的資料不可以帶濃妝。不過也別太濃哈。

5\. One (1) copy of the applicant’s ID card (both sides). 原件帶去核對

6\. One (1) copy of the applicant’s family book. 原件帶去核對
戶口本一份全本複印件。（只針對 中國 公民）
7 Original letter of acceptance by a Maltese educational institution including details of the course/s and duration bearing the stamp of the institution and the signature of the school principal. The letter should also state whether the course and accommodation fee have been paid. 教學機構提供，原件是要交給簽證中心的
馬耳他 教學機構的錄取通知書原件，包括課程名稱和時間， 並要求學校蓋章和校長簽字。 此通知書需要說明課程和住宿 費用是否已經支付。
8\. Student are required to present an original receipt issued by their educational institution in Malta which confirms that all course/s and accommodation fees and other relevant expenses have been paid in advance * 簽證中心的人會問你，但是我告訴他們“沒有，就這樣提交”，資料還是可以交上去的，但是不知道會不會對出簽有影響。

9\. Hotel confirmation/s or student residence for the whole duration of the applicant’s stay in Malta. If the applicant is staying with a host family, a written confirmation from the host family declaring the commitment to accommodate the applicant throughout the entire duration the applicant’s stay in Malta is required.
申請人在 馬耳他 就學的酒店訂單或住宿證明。若居住在寄宿 家庭，需書面說明在 馬耳他 停留的所有期間，寄宿家庭為申 請人提供住宿的聲明。 如果住在學校就不用提供，跟簽證中心說住在學校就好；但就算是住在跟學校的公寓，只要不是在學校都是要提供的
10 A confirmed two-way air ticket reservation issued by an airline or authorized travel agency. The ticket should only be bought after the visa has been issued. When applying for a multiple-entry visa please provide the reservation for the first entry. 機票訂單不可以只是機票截圖，但是也不用花錢去某寶買，上攜程挑好了以後提交訂單，但是不要付款哦！千萬不要付款！提交訂單以後找攜程客服，客服就會教你怎麼弄的啦，簽證中心是要預訂單里有你的名字的
往返機票訂單,可以來自航空公司或者旅行社。簽證簽發後， 申請人才可以出票付款。若申請多次入境簽證，請提供首次 行程的往返機票訂單。
11 Proof of a travel insurance policy issued either to an individual or a group, with a minimum cover of 30,000 Euros per person and valid for cover throughout the entire Schengen area. 某寶買的過簽寶
清晰明確的覆蓋整個行程的中英文人身意外醫療旅游保險， 個人及團體都要求最低保額在 3 萬歐元以上, 申根 國家有效。
12 Notarised copy of the highest educational diploma/certificate obtained by the applicant from a state-recognised educational institution. 畢業證、學位證複印件
最高學歷/證書公證。此學歷或證書需由國家承認的教育機構 頒發。
13 If the applicant is a full-time student, original certificate issued by the educational institution confirming the applicant’s status is required.
若申請人為全職在校學生，需提交其教學機構出具的在學證 明原件。
14 Original notarised non-criminal certificate * 這個是最最最麻煩的！如果你是在戶籍所在地還好，不然的話真的很麻煩。首先要去戶籍所在的派出所開具無犯罪記錄證明，然後帶著戶口本原件、身份證原件、無犯罪記錄證明到戶籍所在地的公證處公證，取得的公證書帶過去之前記得還要複印，原件和複印件都要提交

15 Proof of sufficient personal financial means of the applicant or parent/guardian/sponsor. These must be bank statements of a fixed deposit account to cover daily expenses while in Malta （at least 48 Euros per day）.Proof must be in the
form of a three-month fixed deposit account that is valid for at least one month from the visa application is submitted. 我是用支付寶算的匯率，然後往多了取整數存進工行的定期存款，再在櫃臺開定期存款的證明！
至少凍結三個月並且至少 在遞交申請後的一個月內仍有效！！！
申請人或者申請人的父母/監護人/資助者的資金證明。此證明 的金額需能夠包含申請人在 馬耳他 的生活費用，要求每位申 請人每天最低 48 歐元數額。此證明至少凍結三個月並且至少 在遞交申請後的一個月內仍有效.
16 Current bank books or official bank statement with original stamp from the issuing bank showing transactions going back at least 3 months. The bank books should evidence regular transactions, particularly in the case of income derived from the applicant’s/sponsor’s employment
至少顯示 3 個月以上的銀行往來情況的帶有銀行公章的儲蓄 存摺或者賬戶明細。此銀行證明需能夠清晰顯示來往資金， 尤其必須能夠顯示申請人或資助人的工作收入. 有的人工資卡的錢都會轉到另外一張銀行卡，這樣的話要把工資卡和另外一張卡的流水都打出來。反正就是要告訴他們，你有錢！


17 Attestation of Employment of the applicant or of the person financing the studies. This should be a letter from the employer (in English, or in Chinese with English translation) on official company letterhead, that clearly indicates:
The address, telephone and fax numbers and official e- mail address of the company;
The name and position of the official signing the letter; the person should be in a senior position within the company such as the General Manager, Human Resources Manager, Legal Representative, etc.
The name of the applicant or the person financing the applicant’s studies; and
his/her position within the company, together with information on the person’s annual salary and years of service with the company
用公司抬頭紙打印，英文或用英文翻譯的申請人或資助者的 工作證明。包括：
 公司的地址，電話，傳真號碼和郵箱；
證明上的有權簽字人的姓名和職位。有權簽字人需為 公司的法人代表，總經理，人事部主管或其他高級管 理人員；
 申請人的姓名或資助人的姓名和
申請人在公司任職的職位，年薪的數額以及任職時間 和年限 中英文都要，而且都要蓋公章哦。
18 Copy of the business license of the company employing the applicant or the person who is financing the applicant’s studies, with the original stamp/seal of the company.
In cases where the applicant’s studies and stay in Malta are being financed by another person, a declaration by the sponsor that has been notarised and legalised by the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) is required.
In this declaration, which must contain details of the identity of the sponsor, the sponsor must confirm willingness to finance the applicant’s studies in Malta, mentioning the intended duration of the applicant’s studies, the name of the Maltese educational institution being attached, as well as the sponsor’s full name, date of birth and passport number/ ID card number. A copy of the information page of the sponsor’s passport or ID card should also be attached to this declaration.
申請人或資助者所在公司的公司營業執照複印件並加蓋公司 公章（原章）。
如果申請人由資助者資助學習，資助者需提交由外交部認證 的聲明書。包括：
資助者的身份，表明願意資助申請人在 馬耳他 學習的意願， 說明申請人在 馬耳他 學習的期限，在 馬耳他 學習的教學機構 名稱以及資助者的全名、出生日期、護照號碼/身份證號碼以 及護照或身份證的信息頁複印件。
19 FOR MINORS (UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE):
Notarised birth certificate of the minor and legalised authorisation from both parents or the legal guardians.

Copies of the passport or ID card data pages of both parents or legal guardians are required.



In case of legal guardianship, documentary evidence proving status is required.
未成年人（18 歲以下）的申請人需提交申請人的出生被公證 的出生證和父母雙方或監護人的授權認證。
父母雙方需提交護照或身份證信息頁的複印件 若為法定監護關係，需提交相關監護證明
20 NON-CHINESE CITIZENS:
Chinese visa or residence permit valid for 3 months after the applicant’s return.
非 中國 人：
有效期在返回時間 3 個月後的 中國 簽證或者居留許可證

*Not required for returning students. Returning students need to submit proof of their previous course of study in Malta.
