如果點的是濃鬱口味的味增拉麵, 使用的是黃麵(熟成麵), 使用兩種小麥, 加上蛋白下去製成的黃麵條, 口感Q彈
而清淡湯頭的正油口味則使用白麵(新麵), 好讓湯汁容易吸附在麵條上
我們都喜歡味增口味, 於是各點了兩種口味的味增拉麵

師傅先把需要的用量從麵盒裡取出, 在竹籃內用手把麵糰撥開鬆散後, 才下鍋烹煮
(好在是冬天, 不然坐這裡應該很熱)

(我是有自己加入超市買的肉末下去拌炒),把炒好的配料都先盛裝備好
2.用原本的炒鍋加水與味增湯包煮滾就變成拉麵湯頭
3\. 另起一鍋水煮麵,水滾後主3分鐘,撈起放入碗內
4\. 依序把剛剛炒好的料加入碗內,淋上湯汁
5\. 最後加入半熟蛋、蔥絲和筍乾就完成囉

還有一個必定造訪的就是湯咖哩
自從美白牙齒以後,我就對咖哩拒之三千里,能不吃就不吃,就怕牙齒染色
札幌 的第五天,真的不知道該吃什麼,心一橫還是試試看湯咖哩好了
上網查詢許多人都推薦的Garaku,決定就近嘗試
(原本還查到心咖哩,但離我們住的酒店有點遠,在 北海道 大學附近)
循著google map的導航路線,沿途經過南三條郵便局,立馬衝進去
(其實原本是想買bg的新車子)
(貓奴就是走到哪都會想要買貓老大的東西,前一陣子很流行)

就點定番的雞腿湯咖哩和第2個上 富良野 的薰衣草豬肉片湯咖哩
(有點不太懂薰衣草豬肉是什麼??)

我嗜辣當然是點5號辣度, 而友人的涮豬肉片湯咖哩則4號辣度
每個餐都有附上米飯, 大size的飯只要+110就好
我們選了一中一小的米飯

裡頭有鳥蛋, 蓮藕, 紅蘿蔔, 甜椒, 馬鈴薯, 都是大塊滾切的 ,以及點綴的水菜
加上略煎焦香的帶皮雞腿沉浸在滿是咖哩與香料味道的紅湯
舀一匙米飯, 入碗中加上一 些湯吃一口吃下 , 粒粒分明的薑黃飯與香辣湯汁在口中交錯成美妙的音符

裡頭有豬肉片, 青花菜, 還有綜合菇類 (舞菇, 金針菇, 鴻喜菇, 雪白菇, 蘑菇和香菇)
以及木耳及甜椒, 很健康的感覺
