薄荷島潛水初探,菲一般的碧海藍天~~~







沿著斷層蔓延著成片的軟硬珊瑚,有一些地方真的可以用壯觀來形容





這個就好吃了,是魚肉,味道酸甜,很有特色,名字叫kinilaw na tuna也是不知道是什麼語言。。。。
高能來了,感興趣的朋友可以自己practice,我要來了他們的做法以及配料~~~~
Ingredients :
FRESH FISH either salmon/tuna/blue marlin or any fish with that is fresh
grated ginger ,
thinly sliced ginger,
thin sliced shallots,
thin sliced purple onion,
minced tomato,
white vinegar,
lime juice ,
coconut milk
salt&pepper to taste
garnish add ons: thinly sliced pipino or cucumber or zuchini .
Procedure:
Mix everything in a bowl
make sure the sourness is not so acidic the coconut milk will balance the taste
-The vinegar/sour will cleans and cook the fish set for 5mins and ready to serve
the chilli depends if you want to add a lot of sliced chilli or not

出發之前天真的以為每天可以起來跑步,然後每天睡到遲到,最後一天總算能在6點半起床跑步了,路線是從旅店到海邊,然後繞海邊幾個來回。早上太陽不曬,海邊微微吹著小風,跑步環境良好













BBC的私人沙灘有大片的棕櫚樹,以及很多吊床,拍照效果超級好
