Hike Mount Rainier
Paradise Inn
Mount Rainier National Park is located south of Seattle at 14,410 feet above sea level. The significance of Mount Rainier in the minds of Seattle people is what Mount Fuji is to the Japanese, the Himalayas to the Nepalese, and Mount Tai to the Chinese. Since July, when the snow on the mountainside has not yet melted, the snow-capped wildflowers can't wait to stick their heads out from under the snow and decorate the land like a painting. The most attractive place is Paradise, which is named after the daughter of John Muir, the father of national parks. She came here for the first time and saw the flowers and majestic snow-capped mountains, and exclaimed, "It's really paradise!" .
Paradise Inn is the only hotel in the park and very hard to book. After unremitting efforts, I finally got a room at the end of July, and I immediately booked flights, full of excitement and anticipation.
After getting off the plane in Seattle, pick up the car, drove directly to the northwest entrance, and hiked Tolmie Peak Trail. In the middle of the journey, we had to drive through a long section of stones, and the dust is flying. When we arrived at the trail head, it was already 4PM in the afternoon. There were very few people on the trail, and there were many mosquitoes. Although the mosquito repellant was sprayed, we were bitten. Looking at the peak of Mount Rainier from a distance, passing by the creek, passing by the blue lake, passing by the Indian Basket Grass garden. There is a hut on the top of the mountain, and a female ranger is constantly talking on the radio inside. Back at the foot of the mountain, it was almost dark, and in the evening, We stayed in the small town Buckley.
The next morning, drove to the Sunrise Visitor Center at the northeast entrance of the park and hiked the Burroughs Mountain Loop Trail. Most people went to the 1st or 2nd Burroughs and return, and we were a very few people who continue to move forward, stepping on the snow, until the 3rd Burroughs, to the foot of the Rainier Snow Mountain, and enjoy the infinite scenery on the dangerous peak. Here, praise again for Keen's hiking shoes, completely waterproof.
After 7 hours of fatigue, We returned to the trail head in the evening and drove to Crystal Mountain Resort to stay.

After diiner, we went for a walk on the Nisqually Vista Trail and saw some small animals.
